Motto Lotto.

Limae Merdae Cum MCMLXXXIII. The other night whilst browsing on the web, I had what you may call a "moment of madness". I looked up "Dead End Productions" in a domain name search and I found that there are quite a few Dead End Productions in existence. The prefixes of .com (a film company in the States), .tv (an Aussie company), and .net (a Latino based rap music label, also based in the States) all seem to exist with .co.uk being owned by yours truly.
Then (in my moment of madness) I thought that I should register my version of this name as a legitimate company in the UK just in case anybody else decides to beat me to it. I am now the director and owner of 100 shares in Dead End Productions Ltd. It's easy to start up a company, it can be done online. But soon the reality of doing so hit me when the documentation of such a venture arrived this morning (Saturday 24th) through the post. I'll have to see to the accounts for the taxman...all that poxy form filling-in. But will I have to though, seeing as I give more product away than I actually sell (I've sold jack-shit units so far)!
Any company worth it's salt (that won't be mine then), needs a company motto. And motto's sound better in Latin. I've thought up the motto, but the thing is that I'm not too sure if I have the correct order/tenses in the grammer. On-line phrase translators were down at the time of writing this entry, so any help with my motto will be very greatfully received.
Answers on the back of a postcard to the usual address.
